How can I remove ghost LVM's

Hi

I'm only on my 3rd day of Proxmox, so I'm learning as i go along.

I have 3 nvme's in my node and I use the UI to 'wipe' and add them to the system I then wanted to do some changes, and I - via the UI - deleted the zfs's / lvm, and I did say yes to remove references, I also did a wipe of the disks, but if i look at the pve node the to lvm's is still listed, but with a question mark.

How can I get rid of them completely ?

Disable or remove them from your storage configuration (where you added them in the first place): Proxmox web GUI > Datacenter > Storage or edit /etc/pve/storage.cfg directly.
