How can I export a Virtual Machine from VirtualBox to Proxmox?

I can't use filezilla because I use proxmox at work and I have a very slow connection that fails some times. I have a "virtualmachinenama".img in a external memory. How can I export it by using comands in the server and using the GUI of Proxmox?

I'm not sure if I understood your problem correctly. The migration to Proxmox VE page might be relevant for you, as well as exporting from VirtualBox and qm importovf. Does any of those help you?
