I deleted a node that had given me problems. node4
I did some juggling around with the /etc/pve/cluster.cfg file to put the nodes in proper order. I then corrected the /root/.ssh/knownhosts file.
I then reinstalled the node again with the same name.
Everything seems to work fine except for some reason the cluster.cfg file added the reinstalled node by name of node9 not node4.
Where is the old node info been kept?
How did the proxmox know that 8 nodes had been installed before allthough only 6 remained.
