Host backup?

From time to time I do read that PBS is able to make complete host backups (e.g. for restoring the host config files without the VMs). Even ChatGPT claims that this is possible with PBS ;) However, I never found any settings to achieve this. Is this just a false statement?

If this is a false statement, what are you using to do a backup (e.g. to protect some cluster config files)?

I'd say it's partially correct : )
you can use the backup client to backup arbitrary folders, as described in the docs https://pbs.proxmox.com/docs/backup-client.html#creating-backups

Edit: I think there exist several threads on how to backup your host config, you'll probably find various solutions there.
Indeed... my initial search didn't produce satisfying results before I posted this. But I guess this one is a good starting point: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/how-to-backup-pve-itself.91741/#post-526378

Thanks.
