Host backup notification error

Hi All,
I’ve been researching and haven’t been able to find an answer so far. I have three hosts in a cluster, they all backup to the same PBS. The hosts are all running 8.1.3. Host 2 backups started to fail with the following error;

Parameter verification failed. (400)

notification-mode: property is not defined in schema and the schema does not allow additional properties

They are all set to email, I have each relay through Gmail that was previously working on it. On host 1 and 3 do not have the problem.

The 'notification-mode' parameter was introduced in Proxmox VE 8.1 - are you sure that all hosts in the cluster are fully up-to-date?

encountering the same error, adding storage Samba Cifs or NFS 4.1 share from synology DS418 7.2
