I don't expect to get 5GBe on a USB-C adapter but the drivers on all of the 2.5Gb nics are horrible. so i bought the NT-SS5G and im getting really bad preformance. looking to see if anybody else is having any luck with better speeds than myself or what i can look at for better speeds? Thank you for the help.

I have ran way more than 1 of these and they all roughly provide the same.
