How to get stable version?


I downloaded free image, but does not boot, I use Nero Burning ROM 2014

Hi,

the stable iso version is always here http://www.proxmox.com/downloads

could you detail what you mean by "does not boot"? Do you get errors, any useful text during boot?
or your system (btw, detail it a bit, too, please) does not see the disc at all? this would mean bad disc: so, either bad download or bad disc write...

Ok, pas d'erreurs, aucun texte au démarrage, ne boot pas au démarrage. Effectué 2 téléchargements 1 avec torrend et l'autre sans torrend aucun fonctionne.
J'ai testé d'autres images iso (linux) elles fonctionnent ! J'utilise Nero Burning ROM 2014.
J'ai testé l'mage Proxmox sur VMWARE (virtuel) elle fonctionne !

Ok, no errors, no text at startup, does not boot at startup. Performed 2 downloads 1 with and the other without Torrend Torrend no work.
I tested other iso image (linux) they work! I use Nero Burning ROM 2014.
I tested the Proxmox mage on VMWARE (virtual) it works!

Ok, you are not writing details on the actual install physical server, but as you write I guess other discs are read, so also proxmox's should.

Only chance is that you are not burning right for some reason.
If you can try installing on vmware using the burned disc, sharing the physical cd-rom drive with the vmware vm, not the iso.

Or try another burner. I suggest you this, on windows, is free and simple.

I downloaded "Express Burn Disc Burning Software".
Does not work better than Nero Burning!
The files are written on the cd, but it does not boot!
The problem is the same with nero, I modified the startup bios no better.

it's strange. 99,9% disc has problems.
Did you try to boot that burned cd on other machines (eg: a notebook, or other pc?): you don't need to install pve , just to test it's bootable.

Yes, the computer Dell vostro 270 with bone windows 8 does not boot from cd.
We must therefore go in legacy mode in the bios and select boot cd.
Then go UEFI!
UEFI is a new Windows 8 security to prevent the remote control pirate attacks.

Oui, l'ordinateur vostro 270 Dell, avec os windows 8 ne boot pas sur cd.
Il faut donc passer en mode legacy dans le bios, puis sélectionner boot cd.
Ensuite revenir en mode UEFI !
Le mode UEFI est une nouvelle sécurité de Windows 8 pour empêcher le contrôle à distance des attaques pirates.
