Help to set starting swap memory

Hello,
I think install Proxmox_VE in an IBM x3650 with 128GB of RAM.
I tried it on machines with low RAM memory (16GB), with swap space equal to RAM size.
What is the recommendation to set starting swap space? The same size or Half?

I think is better to use correct swap allocation inside the VM instead of allocation swap for the host. For example I have 96G of ram and I allocated only 10G of swap..
I have allocated to the VMs right now about 64GB and ksm sharing already kicked in..

I have thought to use a 64GB partition for the swap.
I will use VM's with the same distribution of linux, and take advantage of KSM.

I just made the installation of Proxmox VE 3.1 with 96GB of RAM.
By default was configured with 34GB of SWAP.
