Help - slow performance

Anyone know where to point me in the right direction towards?

I am doing a restore because my server was slow, and even the backup gets really slow. As you can see, everything slows down at 30%,

Do you maybe got a SMR HDD or QLC SSD? There a big performance drop after some writes would be normal.
