Hi everyone, I’m facing a frustrating issue with GPU passthrough on Proxmox VE and need some guidance. Here’s my setup and problem:

System & Hardware Details
- Proxmox VE Version: pve-manager/9.0.10/deb1ca707ec72a89
- Kernel: Linux 6.14.11-2-pve (2025-09-12T09:46Z)
- Boot Mode: Legacy BIOS
- CPU: 40 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2670 v2 @ 2.50GHz (2 sockets)
- Passthrough GPU: AMD BC160 (Navi 12, PCIe ID: 1002:7360)
- GPU Driver in Host: vfio-pci (confirmed via lspci -vvv)
The Problem
- After booting the PVE host, first launch of the Windows 11 VM (with BC160 passthrough) works perfectly—no freezes, VM runs normally.
- When I shut down the VM and try to start it a second time, the entire PVE host freezes.
