This is a vm server with one node running a couple servers and some dedicated vms for some websites, but i lost the ability to access the gui about 3 to 4 months ago. it seems to be a connection so I have tried changing my static IP, flushing my IP and dns multiple times. attached are the results of an IP a, nano /etc/network/interfaces, and a ping. when i flushed my IP and then try to bring it back up it will give "either "local" is a copy or vmbr0 is garbage" error so I don't really know what to do.

Can you ping anything on your local network (by IP Address)? I'm suspicious about that .254 GW as well. If you can ping your local network, then I'd say your GW is wrong

eno1 which you are using for vmbr0 has NO-CARRIER, which means no physical connection or no link in any way.
