Help for configuration of InfluxDB trough influxdata.com

hi i cant get InfluxDB to connect to our influxdata.com after spending hours i always get a connection timeout 500

your help would be appreicated !


( i tried InfluxDB influxDB listener and influxdb linstener V2 )

im probably not writing the correct information at API as a suffix after .com return a error in Proxmox

Hi,

can you show your current (failing) configuration too?
It looks like you set the wrong port/protocol: It tries to connect to port 8086, but according to the second screenshot the API seems to be available on the standard HTTPS port.
