Help First configuration

Hai everybody, I'm making some test to implement proxmox VE in production.
I'm planning to buy a new server and with the old one to make a cluster with two nodes. I don't need a HA and I can face some time of down (Not 2-3 days). I was thinking to create for the same guest 2 VM (One for each node) and keep one off and use for both the same disk on an NFS storage. Ifa one node go down I can turn one the other VM on the other node. There is a better solution to achieve the same result?

I don't need a HA

For two nodes to run in a stable setup you need a third node nevertheless. There are acceptable workarounds if you have only two "real" servers: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_corosync_external_vote_support

Again: this is for the cluster in itself, not only for "HA". Without Quorum and one node failing you can not administrate the remaining node without additional "tricks" like "pvecm expected x"...
