HDD-type SCSI - recommended or not recommended for Windows Guests

Hi,

I've read about your advice to use IDE or the faster VIRTIO as HDD-type. Why do you advise against SCSI as HDD-type for windows-guests?
isn't it tested or does it cause problems, when you use it for a windows guest?

there is not even a driver for newer windows versions.
