Hardware recommedation

Good evening @all

I am planning to reinstall a new network with proxmox in our office.
About 15 workstations running as Win10 VM´s are needed.
Data is stored on a NAS and will also be in future.
Traffic is mostly low, a dentist office program based on Windows accde is running with some text input.
A few hd xray pictures will be displayed.

Workstation hardware is planned to be NUC´s I5 with 120gb SSD

Allthough I searched for days I cannot find a real good hardware recommendation for the server.

Can anybody help?

Very interested in this answer myself as a lot of medical offices need this system design!
