Hardware error but brand new memory stick

Hi,

On my Proxmox server, I first had a problem with my DDR4 ECC memory sticks. I just replaced them with new ones and I'm getting these error messages repeatedly.
Do you think it's always the memory sticks that are faulty, or is the problem coming from somewhere else ?

Did you run memtest86+ on it for at least 12 hours? Motherboard might be bad
