Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum and this is the first time I'll be working with Proxmox.
I have been tasked to install Proxmox on a whitebox solution having the following specification:
1. Intel Atom® E3845 Quad Core Processor
2. 4 Threads, 2M Cache, up to 1.91 GHz
3. Four Intel I211-AT Gigabit Ethernet
4. Intel® AES-NI & Secure Key
5. RJ45 Console, HDMI Display, USB 2.0, USB3.0
6. Support up to 8GB DDR3L Memory
7. Support Dual Storage (mSATA SSD & 2.5" SATA SSD/HDD)
8. Intel® HD Graphics
9. Aluminium Alloy Dustproof Fanless
Advanced Technologies:
Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) Intel® VT-x with Extended Page Tables (EPT) Intel® 64 Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® Technology Intel® HD Audio Technology
Two hard drives
1. SSD 2.5"
2. 500 GB SATA.
Is it possible that I can work with this setup for testing purposes and moreover is it also possible that I can reserve one drive for the Proxmox OS and one for the actual VMs?
Kindly let me know.
