Hard Disk recommendation

Hey everyone! Which one do you think is better: the Seagate Exos X20 ST20000NM007D or the Seagate IronWolf Pro? I would love your recommendations.

I prefer Hitachi. If no Hitachi, then WD Purple HDDs.

What is your definition of betterness?

I myself would look at energy consumption first for an always-on system. Seeing jdancer's reply, about reliability is also important of course, even if you have backups.

Why specifically these two items?
