Hi all! I use proxmox since about 2 years. I'm happy too see 2.0 HA release, but have a question. What happen if have 3 nodes, a VM like w7 or serv2003 with 1TB virtual disk on nod 1 and nod 1 fail. Do the other nods have same disk images?

You didnt provide enough information about your setup. If You build HA cluster in line with PXmox2 guidelines You therfore use separate storage services which are node independent. It this case VM will be restarted on different node hussle-free (in theory, that is ;-).

Why not have disk on LVM thru ISCSI or NFS so all Nodes have access to the storage? And by enabling HA, if disk is on a SAN and host node fails, do other nodes automatically take over or do you have to boot node up?
