HA failover time took >5mins, Can it be changed?

whole fail-over time too long
detect a node down -> set new master -> trigger power on the VM
it took around 5-10 mins,
Can it be adjusted to be short take-over time??

Currently not, at least not with a config change, I'm afraid.
But, normally only about 2 minutes should be needed until a HA service gets started again.
