Hey everyone, regarding HA. Do all three nodes have to be the same exact spec or can the 3rd node be different?

The 3rd node can be a dedicated "vote"/"witness".

Of course, it would not be a target for node migration. You could also utilize HA-groups to limit your VM movement to just two nodes.
