In cluster with two nodes and quorum disk
What does happened if the quorum disk and one node failed at the same time?
Can we, use two quorum disk in this case?

Yes, you can. But always better than using quorum disk is to put a small node just for quorum into the cluster. This node will not contain any VMs and can be a cheap one - has no functionality except to be there and answer the cluster multicast messages.
