GUI config shows different than in config file

Hello,

I created windows 10 VM with 8Gb Ram and 4 cores and later wanted to increase memory and change number of cores in GUI. I changed with GUI although it was still showing my old settings when finished changing it although config file shows already changed parameters. What I am missing here? Thanks!

Your virtual machine must be shutdown to "power off" state, then the new configuration is effective. So shutdown -h or stop it, that should do the trick.

Sorry, never mind. After some time I see GUI changed to show a correct change. A bit weird....
