H hxxxrz New Member Sep 15, 2017 10 0 1 34 Sep 26, 2017 #1 I have a guest win7x64 vm on host debian9x64. Windows task manager shows 100% cpu usage, but htop in debian shows less then 50%. I have 8 dedicated x64 cores. Was it right to set 4 sockets and 2 cores? What is the best choice?

Do you mean to choose fixed size memory and "memory balooning"; and then to install balloon virtio driver? THanks
