[SOLVED] greylisted

hi,
we are sending email to our customer but it hangs in the queue.
They are sending email but it hangs greylisted.
there was no problem before.
What can be problem ?
how we can solve ?
Is the problem with us or on the other side?

the below log when we sent to customer

Run nslookup pfr.com.tr from your pmg, can it resolve the hostname?

i wrote .the log as below.

root@mailgateway:~# nslookup pfr.com.tr
Server: 192.168.xx.xx
Address: 192.168.xx.xx#53

** server can't find pfr.com.tr: SERVFAIL
 
This is my result. Check your PMG's DNS setup.

root@pmg:~# nslookup pfr.com.tr
Server: 192.168.41.180
Address: 192.168.41.180#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: pfr.com.tr
Address: 89.252.190.38
