Hello! We get about 7 GRE tunnels delivered to our Proxmox backend from different IP's (Anycasted, backend IP is to each regional Pop), after a bit of investigation apparently the easiest solution appears to be OVS (probably wrong) but these IP's are routed as /32's directly to the backend so pretty much no idea how to proceed
