Gpu passthrough seems to be broken after upgrading from 6.0.11 to 6.1

I upgraded my proxmox host from 6.0.11 to 6.1 and the vms with passthrough seems to have broken. I cannot get past the Grub start up screens when I initialise the vm.

Can somebody point me in the right direction to fix this?
