Got an issue trying to make an automatic backup

Hello Friend,

I got an issue when I tried to make an automatic backup in proxmox 4.3.1 of a vm with windows server 2012 r2.

I've scheduled a backup with the next configuration:




But now I got this error message:



I understand that the issue is because proxmox couldn't stop the virtual machine to make the backup
automatically but I don't know how to fixed because I need an automatic backup

Please could you help me with this?

The virtual machine is Windows Server 2012 R2.

Just use Snapshot mode and install the qemu guest additions inside the VM.
