Hello everyone.
There was a thread on this same exact issue, but I had a hard time following the thread so I made a new one.
This is what it says word for word:
GNU GRUB version 2.0.6-13+pmx2
Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device or file completions.
grub>
What have I done wrong?
The installation was done using the "nomodeset" command in the advanced terminal menu after pressing "e". It would not even continue to install without doing this.
I have verified it is booting to the correct disk.
Just so you guys know a little about the server it is a Dell Poweredge R610. I had to manually configure the RAID for RAID1 because the controllers are not working.
I am not able to wipe the hard drives because the iDRAC does not work. Apparently there is a way to wipe the hard drives using the F2 BIOS. I'm looking into that tonight. But I wanted to see if anyone has had this problem and how they remedied it to get proxmox installed.
