Hello

Is there any chance to get VMs from OSDs if Ceph config files are lost from /etc/ceph,
/etc/pve/priv?
Files in /var/lib/ceph in place.

proxmox-ve: 5.4-2 (running kernel: 4.15.18-29-pve)
pve-manager: 5.4-15 (running version: 5.4-15/d0ec33c6)
pve-kernel-4.15: 5.4-18
pve-kernel-4.15.18-29-pve: 4.15.18-57
ceph: 12.2.13-pve1~bpo9

Hi,

if you know the config parameters, yes you could rewrite the config.
But if you use authentification and the key is missing then it might be a big problem.
Also, the ceph-monitor has to be working.
If the DB is lost you can't get your data.
