Hi,
how to fix following error message?

Garbage collection failed: update atime failed for chunk/file "/mnt/pbs-data/.chunks/0037/00375434c8a8b999357719949bb015c198109a254317410fc19092ba2074dfaf" - EACCES: Permission denied

check the permission and ownership of that file and the folder containing it. Both should be owned by the user and group backup. Did you interact with the chunkstore directly?

Chris, tanks for advice.
In fact, I temporarily moved individual chunk folders back and forth. owner/group has changed from backup:backup to root:root. I have now changed it back to backup:backup via chown and GC is running again.
