fsck is starting on every boot

fsck is starting on every boot of the server and takes about 30-60 Minutes. Is it skipable?

Look at your screenshot at the line 7. You have filesystemerrors. Please check your harddisks with smart. Or one of your linuxvms in the lvmthinstore have filesystemerros.

That's not good, if it isn't reparable that usually means new drive+reinstall.

Also it would definitely indicate a good time to verify your backups are in good order
(hopefully you already do this regularly)
