Hi guys!
I have an dedicated server with:
Ryzen 3600X
64 GB DDR4
2x 512 NVMe DC Edition
1Gbps connection

I use it for game hosting on FreeBSD and webserver on CentOS.
Due of my slow network connection at home, I've installed also a KVM machine with just 4GB RAM, 2x Cores and 200GB NVMe with Windows on it.
Players reported LAG on gameserver which appeared when I've started windows machine.
It is possible to be due of balooning or something similar?
General resource consumption wasn't increased too much with Windows because it was only idle.

Any tip it's appreciated.

Thank you!

its hard to say what this might be...

best would probably to do some benchmarks (io/network/cpu) when the windows vm is off and on to compare...
sometimes such reports are pure coincidence
