[SOLVED] FreeBSD 14 VM - No Mouse in Proxmox Console

Greetings,

I got this install working finally. Gnome is the desktop I chose. It loads perfectly now.

BUT, only keyboard in the Proxmox console. No mouse.

Looked up support threads. I'm supposed to edit /etc/rc.conf. Contents:



Has anyone dealt with this?

Hello,

I think you need the driver for the emulated USB tablet:
pkg install utouch-kmod xf86-input-evdev

Outstanding. Worked Perfectly. Thank you very much for your help Markus. My Proxmox cluster is performing just wonderfully btw. 8.1.3 and CEPH 18.2.0. Running great.
