format disk on proxmox installation

how can I format the disks on proxmox installation?
I have need to remove old partion table

If everything else fails, boot a default debian install disk.

I don't have a working system. it is a fresh installation

When I enter into installation menú, ctrl+alt+F(n) don't work
when I enter into installation debub mode, I can't type exit and ctrl+d don't work.I can't write enything.
Can you help me please?

I do not understand your question, because the proxmox installer make everything you need automatically, also format the disk.
If this is not enough for you, use a live (USB|CD) Linux ....before the proxmox installation
