[TUTORIAL] FIX für zerstörte locales nach Updates

In PVE kommt es ab und zu mal vor das die locales nach einem Update nicht mehr passen.
Sieht dann z.B. so aus.

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = (unset),
        LC_ALL = "de_AT.UTF-8",
        LANG = "en_US.UTF-8"
    are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to a fallback locale ("en_US.UTF-8").

Hatten wir nach Updates auf 50 Proxmoxservern.

Um das ganze wieder sauber und funktionell zu haben bedient man sich einem kleinen Howto von mir.
