First Guest Boot Delay - HA impact

Hello,

I finally noticed in the documentation that Boot Order is ignored for HA managed guests. Does this also apply to the First Guest Boot Delay set by

pvenode config set --startall-onboot-delay 10

or node options in the GUI?
