Fencing Status after HA update

Just a quick question. What is the reason for the Fencing status in HA to bounce from top to bottom?

Hi!

There should be no specific reason why the fencing status is either on the top or the bottom. I couldn't yet reproduce the order of the first screenshot, does it happen randomly on reloading or move while staying on the page where it automatically updates?

Moving while staying on the page. Moves every 2 seconds. Top to bottom, then botton to top. Very strange.

Did a fresh build on 2 test machines, all updated, cluster, HA configured and the Fencing status bounces from top to bottom every couple of seconds. Only way to stop it's movement is to click on Type and it will set it to the top or the bottom and the movement stops. Go off the page and comeback, it is moving again. Very strange.
