Nice addition of having a bulk-restart feature in ceph when using 9.2.5
It worked really well on mons, mgr, osds and mds.
I also used it in a test-setup for trying a ceph 19 to 20 upgrade -> which could help reducing the guide https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki Ceph_Squid_to_Tentacle (maybe making a ui-version of it?) with screenshots would help beginners that switch to ceph from vmware.
In the upgrade process it helped a lot on restarting the mons and osds -> both worked well. I could not restart the mds though (Im also not sure, if the bulk-restart would do mds-restarts correctly when upgrading ceph) - the following error appeared, which seems to be because osds still not set to "ceph osd require-osd-release tentacle" (the wiki-posts says to do it AFTER upgrading cephfs). If you do it before, the mds-bulk-restart works fine. Without "ceph osd require-osd-release tentacle" it fails.
