Fedora 42 Nvidia GPU passthrough and OVMF bios

Hi All,

Has anybody been able to work out how to get Fedora 42 to boot and install on a VM using OVMF bios ?
I have tried with and without secure boot, works OK using seabios, but I need to passthrough a GPU and the primary monitor.
