Feature request: move/duplicate "Bulk actions" to the VM view

Hi,

I've recently started using PVE for my homelab, and I find the location of the "bulk actions" dropdown is not intuitive (for me). IMHO bulk actions make the most sense when working in the VM list, and when I'm working in that list I find it's unnatural to go to the node to use the bulk actions.

Could you please consider moving (or duplicating) the bulk actions to the VM list?

I would even prefer to see the function of several sections. I only use the pool view. https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=5001
