I request you add a feature to Proxmox so that VMs could be sorted into folders.

I don't know that you'd need to make folders a nested folder feature, one level would suffice.

The general idea is that if you have multiple projects going and VMs for those projects, they could be sorted into a folder based upon the project.

I think this would be pretty simple to add and implement.

Hi,
for this purpose we have pools.

You can add the vm/ct in the pool on the tap Members.

This is almost usable.

Can pools dropdown, I can't get at VM status or settings without expanding out the node they sit on.

Also, I can't double click the VM in the members listing to jump to the status.

Other then those complaints, I think this would work for what I was after :)

Also, if I click back and forth between pools, the VM's rotate upon which one will be at the top.. they kind of.. cycle. It's kinda odd.

They don't default to being sorted by VM number or by description.

Use the Poolview!
It is on the left top under the Proxmox logo!

Here's a good example of something simple and my fault for not reading the entire documentation (where might that be btw, I'll go read it).

Thanks for all the help!
