Feature Request: Add Reset button on right-click on VM

Currently Reset is missing when you right click on a VM:

It's available when you select a VM at the top right though:


I'd be glad to send a patch and add this.

Please tell me if I should send an email to pve-devel mailing list as well before starting to write code.
