Hello,
we have two Proxmox HA Cluster Systems with PVE3.4 running for years.
Both are configured with a iSCSI Shared Storage.

Now, we are thinking about a new Storage which should be a FC Storage.
We have an offer for 3 DELL Server with a QLogic 2692 FC HBA.

I can not really find a good Documentation if this HBA is supported on a Debian System.
RHEL and SuSe are.

Does anybody know if QLogic HBAs are supported with Proxmox or have experience with QLOgic HBA?
I be afraid that a FC Setup would not be the prefered Setup for a Proxmox Cluster?

Normally, they should work. We have 4 and 8 GBit FC HBA in use and they work out of the box. As long as you stick to emulex or qlogic, everything should work just fine. Never had any problems with pure FC adapters, but with the FCoE ones. Stay away from them.
