fans always on after latest upgrade

Since last upgrade fans are always with an Intel® Xeon® Processor D-2141I 8C/16T 2.2Ghz - 3Ghz turbo. Any idea how to fix it?
 
* anything indicating the potential problem in the journal? (`journactl -b` to get the journal since the last boot)
* also make sure to install the latest updates for your BIOS/UEFI/Firmware - sometimes this helps with issues like that
