Failure of Server, but have iscsi storage

I have some of my virtual machines stored on a shared iscsi platform. I had one of the servers failed, is there a way to "mount" those on another proxmox server without having to restore?

You need to restore/copy the config file at least (/etc/qemu-server/<vmid>.conf).
