failed yum upgrade yum install nano container and kvm proxmox

error when adding vps openvz or kvm is not possible to upgrade and neither install scripts show failed ipv6 and failed ipv4

presents ip of the machine and physical ip
as well as server dns

but at the time of accessing the vps does not work
