Failed to update proxmox by apt-get update

I having this error when update proxmox by apt-get update. I searched by key word apt-get update failed but i did not solve this problem.
So, some one can help me for this problem. Please! My server logs is:

Is this a new installation? Have you configured your subscription key?

Use the no-subscription repository if you don't have a subscription key.

If you bought a subscription key, then you will need to activate it.
