EXT4-fs Error writing to super block

Hi all,

I have proxmox running off a Samsung Evo 850 500gb on a R710 using a H700. I intermittently get this error. Cold rebooting and restoring foreign config seems to fix it but it happens every 3-4 days. I have tried different drive slots with the same issue. Is this a proxmox issue or a hardware issue with the drive disconnecting? Smart doesn't report any issues and neither does iDrac.

* This looks like a broken disk at first sight
* if a hw-raid controller is involved (H700) - I would check for upgrades to its firmware (sometimes this helps)

else check the output of dmesg for any hints before the IO errors
