Exclude Quarantine and Spam for mailinglists

Hello,

We use the Spam quarantine and spam report from ProxMox.

In our domain there are numerous mailinglists with sometimes more than 50 recipients.

Now when we receive a SpamReport, the mail is forwarded to all 50 recipients, which is of course very inconvenient. Also turning off the quarantine and delivering the mails (even with marking) is not a good solution.

I would need the possibility to forward the quarantine mails to a spam administrator, who can then administrate this.

Is there such a possibility?

Thanks a lot

Dennis

The common workaround for this situation is to create a rule with higher priority than your quarantine rules, containing the mailing-list addresses
as To Object and tag the spam-mails in the subject and accept them (or block them) - i.e. do not use the quarantine for the mailing-lists

In my experience this works quite well in practice

Else something similar was requested in:
https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2629

you can subscribe there and will then get notified if/when we get around to implementing this (no promises on the when/if)

I hope this helps!
